Diane Ridgway-Cross is an Associate Partner at Ipsos Strategy3, where she leads the Canadian practice. Strategy3 is Ipsos’ global strategic consultancy, helping organizations navigate change, identify new opportunities for growth, and respond to shifting consumer, market, and societal dynamics. Diane works with leadership teams to understand how evolving expectations, economic pressure, technological change, and emerging trends are reshaping behaviour and business strategy.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning consulting, agency leadership, and senior executive roles, Diane has led strategic engagements in Canada and around the world focused on growth, brand and customer strategy, and long-term planning, with an emphasis on helping organizations prepare for what comes next. She is also a co-author of Ipsos’ recent work on the Endurance Economy, exploring how prolonged economic pressure is reshaping consumer priorities, behaviours, and expectations.
