Greg Wight is the Co-Founder of Shopper1st, a research company focused on applying proven subconscious Shopper Psychology principles that consistently improve purchase behaviour across Regions and Categories. He has held senior global roles at P&G and Kenvue, including leading Kenvue’s Global Shopper organization of more than 1,500 people. Over the past 20 years, Greg has delivered more than 300 executive and training presentations on Shopper Psychology, including C-suite engagements with major Retailers and global CPG organizations. His work centres on integrating Shopper insight into commercial decision-making so that Consumer and Trade investments deliver greater impact at the point of purchase.
